So far I have not been in class. I missed two days. I feel like I am going to change my approach to my topic. I will probably give a lecture about indigenous culture. Most know about the Aztecs and Mayans. Just heard the name before but not know the whole story. Besides the Aztecs and Mayan, I want to explore about different group of people that we probably never heard of. I remember being presented with the information but I lost that memories. So now I have to do research to get the most accurate information. How many people I share, just me. I intend to present it to whoever is in the presentation, meaning in the class.

What does it mean to identify as indigenous or relate with it? During the break I attended Raza College Day mainly focusing on latinx culture and CE'ENI Indigenous Conference which focused on the indigenous pride, identity, culture and etc.. What I learn and knew previously the stories, people were willing to share through their experiences about growing up with a culture many did not understand. Workshops.... The connection I have is with Fahrenheit 451 and how society tries so hard to hide and change others around them. Next I will be conducting more research about indigenous identity and culture.
